DIODE (Fast Recovery Epitaxial Diode, Switching Diode, Rectifier Diode, Silicon Carbide Diode)

Diode technologies are optimized for low performance in high frequency hard switched applications. The family exhibits low reverse recovery current (IRRM) and exceptionally soft recovery under typical operation conditions. These devices are intended for use as free wheeling or boost diode in power supplies and other power switching application. The soft recovery characteristics minimize ringing which expands the range of conditions under which the diode can operate without the use of additional circuitry.

IQXPRZ offers Fast Recovery Epitaxial Diode, Switching Diode and Rectifier Diode with ratings from 600V to 1700V. We can house these devices in TO-247, TO-264, SOT-227, IQPAK module series, and IQPowermod module series.
