iQXPRZ Power, Inc. announces the launch of six MOSFET devices in 10L TO-247 and 5L TO-247 packages
Calamba, Laguna Philippines, May 20, 2009 – iQXPRZ Power announces the launch of six MOSFET devices with its new 10L TO-247 package technology and 5L TO-247 package intended for audio power amplifier applications (audio system, home theater, TV, car stereo, etc).
The iQXPRZ MOSFET offers the advantages of high/low power, high quality audio power amplifier and can run in multichannel configuration and SMPs making it easy and more economical to use.
The iQXPRZ MOSFETs are built as a single complimentary device in 5L TO-247, as dual N-channel or dual P-channel for higher current requirements, or as combo device of N and P channel MOSFET configured with common source. It can replace two (2) TO-220, TO247, or TO264 packages, on the other hand, the 10L TO-247 allows integration of at least four MOSFETs in one package to offer power modules capable of higher power audio power amplifiers. The new available packages post cost savings to OEMs by decreasing the size of the board and eliminating additional device mounting processes leading to a lower raw material and assembly costs.
The benefit of using the new package technology results in the simplification and miniaturization of power amplifiers.
